Netgear C6300 Connected to internet but no Wifi

This is all the router does. I have reset it with the button on the back and even if the wifi light comes on it cannot connect to internet if the wifi light is on. After it tries for a little bit it resets again and the wifi light is no longer on.
Are you able to log into it with a hardwired device?
