Netgear c6300 correctable and uncorrectable errors using Spectrum cable

I'm getting a large amount of correctable and uncorrectables errors in the log. Is this a ISP issue? Occasionally the modem goes offline and requires a reboot.  Firmware Version  V2.01.22 Downs...

    your RF signal is pretty bad.

     

    you have below problems:

    1. Downstream power level is very low. It should be ideally 0dB

    2. Upstream power level is very HIGH (which is bad). Should be in mid-high 40s

    3. your SNR for some channels is low and also tons of uncorrectables. These packets are dropped and therefore slow speed.

     

    you should get ISP to fix the line or check if this is caused by your in-home wiring or splitters.
