Netgear C6300 setup
I purchased this Modem/router about 2 years ago, my IPS provider is TWC (Spectrum), my desktop PC is Windows 7. A few months later I was trying to access the VIA apps on my VIZIO TV, and it shows that I have no internet connection, telling me to go to Network>Setup. I did tried both wifi and ethernet connection, it shows that I am connected, but when I try access any of the apps sends me back to Network Setup. I called VIZIO, they suggested a hard reset, and some other things but nothing changed. Yesterday I called Netgear Tech support and I was told that my router isn't setup properly and I have too many conflicts within the router, possibly caused by too many security apps conflicting with each other, and they can fix it for $150. I told them that's kinda steep, and I've been living with this issue for 2 years now, it would be nice to have it work again but it's not worth $150 for me. I deleted all my security software, I kept only 1 but the issue still persist. I am contemplating a factory reset and try to set it up again, but I would like some Input from this community and suggestions how to proceed. I would appreciate any suggestion specially from people who are familiar and dealt wit this issue before. Thanks in advance

When you go into the manual internet setup on the TV are you seeing a ip address being assigned to the tv?
