Netgear C7000-100NAS PS4 NAT Type 3

I have the above listed modem/router combo and have read alot of people having a similar issue when connecting to the PS4 PSN. When wired in over LAN I usually get NAT Type 2, but when connecting via the 2.4ghz Wifi network I'm steadily getting NAT Type 3. I've forwarded almost every port I can find, and UPNP is enabled. Static IP is assigned as well. I'm also using a specified primary and secondary DNS (Google's which also happens to be my ISP's default). So I've tried all the typical fixes I know of. If anyone has been able to fix this issue at all that'd be great. Attached is a view of the ports forwarded so far.
