netgear c7000 ac1900- lan port leds
should both green and amber led's be on when ethernet cable is pluged into one of the 4 lan ports on back of unit, and then pluged into computer. I only get the amber led. My speed seems to be about ...

C7000 or C7000v2? Look for "Model" on the product label.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".

Try a different cable? Try a different port? "computer" is not a
very detailed description of that device. Is its Ethernet interface
gigabit-capable?

c7000, at work dont have unit with me
looked at manual, saw nothing about rear lan led's
test speed at isp website 50mbps wi-fi 72mbps ethernet . download speed
paying for 200mbps, dont know about computer having gig ethernet, but about 7 years old. HP desk top. Friends 2 year old lap top will do 100mbps on ethernet
