Netgear C7000 not connecting to the internet.

I contacted comcast and the modem/router wasn't recieving some signals that they were sending it, so they suggested there is an issue with the modem/router. The upstream light is flashing and the internetconnection light is off; all the rest are solid. Any recomendations?

    Hello Chan_man84

     

    I would remove any type of cable splitter on the line and make sure all of your connections are tight may even want to try another active cable outlet in the home.
