Hi,
interesting problem. I would like to work with you. I was not expecting as we have enabled IPSEC, PPTP, and L2TP pass through already in the Software.
There could be some issues with SIP ALG but looks like you might have already tried it.
do you mind doing a quick favor?
check what is the LAN IP for the Phone? Can you make it static IP on the Phone?
can you please port forward UDP/TCP 500, UDP/TCP 4500?
also add port 50 and 51 if it does not work?
Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) uses IP protocol 50 for Encapsulated Security Protocol (ESP), IP protocol 51 for Authentication Header (AH), and UDP port 500 for IKE Phase 1 negotiation and Phase 2 negotiations. UDP ports 500 and 4500 are used, if NAT-T is used for IKE Phase 1 negotiation and Phase 2 negotiations
Please PM if it works or it does not work.

I'm not sure where I search for the LAN ID for the telephone. Can you tell me step by step how to find you the information and how to do the port forwarding? This is all new to me. Thanks in advance.

To be clear, the phone doesn't communicate with the router at all. When I go int the router settings and view the log there use no dhcp failure, nothing at all with the phone's mac address attached to it.
