Netgear C7000

Hello, i am thinking of purchasing the Netgear Nighthawk C7000, i currntly have the Hitron CGNVM-3582 with the gig plan from my provider. I have had a lot of trouble out of the Hitron, would i theC70...

You'll need to contact your ISP and ask them what is supported for there 1Gb plans. Most ISP required a DOCSIS 3.1 supporting modem. The C7000 is only DOCSIS 3.0. Also 1G need 32x8 channel bonding. The c7000 only supports 24x8. 

 

Look into the C7800 which is DOCSIS 3.1 supporting.
