My Playstation 4 or Xbox One will not connect via Ethernet. On the Internet Port page in the Genie the image attached is what will show.
As an example, if a cable is run to my playstation, it will work, but another cable run at the same time to my PC will not work.
I have no idea what the issue is, I have power cycled, factory reset, run a cable loop that showed both lights on, everything I know to do. Any help?

as in: ADVANCED > Administration > Router Mode.
