Netgear C7000V2 issues with Spectrum interest
I am a Spectrum Roadrunner client using a Netgear C7000V2 modem router. I have had issues with access dropping multiple times a day. We have had numerous visits from Spectrum technicians to investigate the issue and while they have made some changes, including closing a loose connection at the cable post, nothing has corrected the problem. The last technician indicated that the issue was a problem specifically with Netgear units.
Has this issue been reported before and is there something that can be done to fix it without buying a new modem router?

What FW is currently seen on the modems web page?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.
