Netgear C7000v2 not recognizing USB for ReadyShare

Hello,

My Netgear router is no longer detecting my USB for Ready Share setup. It used to work before. The USB drive itself works. I've tried to plug in after formatting it in NTFS. No luck.

Ready SHARE status says No USB Drive.

Advanced -> USB storage -> Advanced Settings -> Check USB Function Health says No Issue found in USB function

What else can I do to get my USB working?
