Netgear c7000v2

My cable modem/router is connected to my smart tv and last night I just couldn’t watch TV anymore. I reset the modem by unplugging the power and Ethernet cables. It doesn’t connect to the internet but...

    Ok, the ISP came and it’s working. Last night I noticed that the light for my 5 G band no longer shows up only the 2.4. How do I fix that?

      Does rebooting the modem help? 

      Log into the modems web page and make sure the 5Ghz radio is enabled and working. Review the user manual.

        I held down the WPS button for about 5 minutes and the 5G showed up. Thanks for replying to me!
