netgear c7000v2
Hello i have the netgear c7000v2 and i used to have 400 mbps and before i would get all my speed. Xfinity upgraded to 600 mbps but after that im only getting 275. I have tried everything on the setti...
1. how are you testing speeds? (device, website, etc)
2. are you testing wired or wireless? You won't hit 600mbps over wireless. Wired you should be able to
3. after the upgrade, did you try a factory reset? Try factory resetting it and then test the speeds in the default setup. Also, if you do set it up, leave qos, access control, traffic monitoring, and parental controls all disabled.
thank you and yeah ive tried resetting calling them they send signals but before i used to get 400 but after the upgrade im only getting 275 and i tried xfinitys modem and i do get close to the 600 wifi in their modem

What site?
What app?
Wired?
Wireless? And speed for 2.4ghz? 5ghz?

ive used xfinity speed test also the app speedtest. Ive tested on my samsung galaxy tab s7 and my phone which is also new. and i always check that its 5ghz. Before both my tablet and phone would get the 400 mbps but after update its around 275.
