Netgear C7100V

Good afternoon, I need to know what the difference between Netgear C7100V |Model: C7100V, Netgear C7100V |Model:C7100V-100NAS, and Netgear C7100V |Model: C7100V-1AZNAS are? 

The prices are different but the specifications are the same. Please could you tell me what the differences are/

       I'd guess that the one with "AZ" in the SKU is sold by Amazon.

      My question is it is any difference in the system between each model Which one is better? Why? Please could someone help me with this issue.
