Netgear Cable Modem C7000v2 dropping connection with Xfinity
I have a new router/modem (C7000v2), with Xfinity, that drops connection constantly for only a few minutes - between 4 and 7 minutes each time. It happens at least 5 times a day, and all devices are affected, so it is either the service or the router/modem. I have rebooted and it still occurs.
Any suggestions? When calling AT&T, I am told they can't assist as I am not using their equipment.

Are you with att or xfinity? you put both on there?
Log into the cable connections page and post that back here with the logs. That can help.
Also, if you have any splitters, attenuators, amplifiers in line, remove them.
