NetGear Cable Modem CM1000v2 Can't connect to PS4/How to check what ports are blocked

Hello,

I've had this modem for a while and so far it's been great. However, recently my Playstation 4 Can't connect to the internet. I tried every possible thing I could with the PS4, and it was able to connect to a cell data hotspot, so I'm sure it's a problem with the router, not the console. The error on the PS4 gave me some ports to check that could be being blocked, and this is where I ran into a problem. I typed my ip adress into the toolbar of Google Chrome, and logged in with my username and password. I couldn't find anything relating to ports, so I searched up a guide on Youtube of what to do. However, the user in the video has many more buttons on their Netgear genie than I do. While the other person has many options, all I have are "Home, Cable Connection, ADVANCED Home, and Admnistration."

TL;DR Trying to check what ports are blocked, NetGear genie doesn't show any options relating to ports.

Thanks,
Desperate

    The CM1000 isn't a router. Its a modem only.

do you have a router connected to it? If so, what one?

Sorry - I had used the word router when I should've used modem. It's connected directly to the modem via an ethernet cable.

Do you have a wifi router connected between the CM modem and your game console? You'll need to look at the wifi router configuration to help with getting your console connected.
