NETGEAR Cable Modem WiFi Router Combo C6250

My modem router is blocking YouTube access , how do I allow it ? All the device in my house that is connected to my modem router combo C 6250 can’t access YouTube . Any advice how to resolve this please ?

    Factory reset the modem and setup from scratch. Be sure you don't enable any Access Controls initially. Check for youtube access.
