Netgear cm1000v2 channels not all locked
Hi, I just wanted to see what the community has to say, however, my cm1000v2, which comes with 32 downstream and 8 upstream channels are not all locked and I am only getting 17x3 out of all my channels and I tried contacting Netgear and my ISP but for some reason both told me to go back and forth and basically saying its the other parties fault, and ontop of that my desktop keeps getting connectivity issues which has never happened before and I tried all troubleshooting solutions possible but got nothing. Anyone have any insight?

Have a ISP tech on site check your line at the home.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
