You never see anything much past 900Mpbs due to the Ports on the CM modem, RBR50 and the Switch all being max connection rated at 1000Mpbs.
Run a speed test with a ethernet connected PC connected to WAN port #1 on the CM modem with out the RBR online. Use Ooklas installable speed test app to test. Should see over 900Mpbs here.
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

1. Pull the power cord on your modem.
2. Pull the power cord on the main station of your mesh router system.
3. Power down your computers and mobile devices.
4. Take a breath.
5. Power up your modem and give it ample time to fully boot, stabilize, and connect to the internet. Look for the internet connection LED on the front.

When you check for throughput, use the Ookla stand alone application available in the play store. Avoid the web browser tests as they add a layer that is not necessary.
