As mentioned in my other post, I am only getting 500 Mbps on a 1.2Gbps plan. I read some other posts where users have posted logs from their modem. I used to be able to go to the modem's home page at 192.168.100.1to look at the logs. This does not work anymore. I have tried Chrome & edge browsers. The error message is
This site can’t be reached
192.168.100.1 took too long to respond.
Any thoughts?
What happens if you disconnect the ISP coax cable from the modem and then press the reset button on the back of the modem for 10 seconds then release. Give a minute then try to access the modems web page at that IP address?
I would have a wired PC connected directly to WAN port #1 when you do this to check.
