Netgear CM2000 + Netgear 6330 - Game disconnection/Google Home issues?

Hello!

After having switched to this new router+modem set (for the last 5 months or so), I have been experiencing an issue where I would randomly disconnect from whatever game I'm playing. It's not consistent either. Some days I won't have any problems, and some days I'll be disconnected every 30 mins or so. I never used this problem on my last modem+router combo at all.

This new set up also causes my google home to not respond properly anymore either.

I know my internet connection doesn't completely die off as I am still able to browse the internet and talk on discord all while I'm disconnected from the game itself.

I have factory reset the modem/router, updated to latest FW, and checked wired connections. My computers are all hardwired, by the way.

Anyone else having this problem? I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

What is the "6330" in your subject? The R6330?

What firmware do you have on it? A number is more useful than "the latest", And that isn't always the greatest.

It might be worth turning off QoS and traffic metering and anything else that might strain the processor in this, to put it blankly, pretty low spec, router.

If you log into the modem, a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs helps so we can check your connection back to the isp.
