Netgear CM400 Modem Worked with Spectrum now won't work with WOW

Most likely it is because Modem is locked to IPv6 and WoW does not support IPv6.

        I have had the same problem. How can the CM400 be unblocked after my using it with Spectrum and now that I want to use it with WOW!?
