Netgear CM500 randomly rebooting

ISP : Comcast

My Netgear CM500 modem has been rebooting itself since weirdly enough Jan 1st of this year. Here is screen shots of the levels and the log. I'm having a tech come out on Saturday but before that I had them remotely send stable signals which fixed it for a few days. Although I'm starting to believe this is a device issue. I'm in an apartment complex also

      You are getting timeouts and the modem is ranging looks to be a connection issue could be as simple as a bad splitter in your home or line issues I suggest having your ISP come check the lines.
