Netgear CM500 router not connecting
No internet connection. I have four orange lights and one green light (internet symbol) on the router. When I unplug and plug back in, there is no typical power cycle, the lights just come straight back on. Comcast says they do not see a modem connected. The reset button also does not make the lights go off. Do I have a lemon router?

• Clear the configuration of the cable modem to its factory defaults.
• If the error persists, a hardware problem occurred. Contact technical support.
