netgear CM700 can not log in
Having connectivity issues and I want to trouble shoot but i can not log into the site at http://192.168.100.1. I have tried 3 browsers, 2 computers, manally entering it into the search bar, using the link on the site. Nothing works it just times out. how can i troubleshoot my modem issues if i cant even get to the site??

What are the leds on it doing? (color/solid/blinking/etc)
do you have a router connected to it?
If you direct connect a pc/laptop to it and then reboot the modem and pc, are you able to connect?
