Netgear Genie C7000 - recover password questions not accepting answers

Question

I am able to login to my Netgear genie until I get to the Router Password Reset. It will not accept the answers to the questions. How can I get passed this section?

There's a bug with the password recovery.&nbsp;what it is? if you didn't setup recovery, it still asks the questions. But there isn't a correct answer.&nbsp;Or if you set it up and dont know the answers or type them wrong (case sensitive) then they don't work either.&nbsp;so if your answers aren't correct and you don't know the login info, to get back in, you'd need to factory reset the modem/router combo device and re-install it.&nbsp;
