Netgear Genie doesn't load after reservation request - C6300

Hello all,

 

I am running Windows 10 version 1909 and working with a C3600 AC1750 Cable Modem Router Docsis 3.0 running firmware version 2.01.26.

 

I am trying to reserve an IP address for a Pi-Hole system for my network. Whenever I go to the LAN Setup page and click on the Add button below the Address Reservation table, I get an Updating Settings page (with the blue progress bar) that leads to a blank GUI when it finishes. After multiple hard refreshes and switching between Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge, I am still not able to get to the add dialog.
