Netgear Genie for Windows and iOS create different entries for OpenDNS Parental access for C6300

Question

Genie for windows creates and manages a different entry in OpenDNS from Genie for iOS. This prevents me from using Parental Controls&nbsp;Router Model &nbsp; &nbsp;- &nbsp; &nbsp; MAC Address &nbsp; - &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Sign Up DateC6300BD &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- &nbsp; &nbsp; XX:xx:yy:a3:bb:51 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; - &nbsp;Mar. 01 2017C6300BD &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- &nbsp; &nbsp; XXxxyya3bb54 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- &nbsp;Feb. 05 2017&nbsp;Data edited (for security) but format is exactly as appears on OpenDNS.&nbsp;&nbsp;

What version of windows and IOS are your using?

Hi Darren&nbsp;Windows 10 (1607) 64 Bit, Pro.&nbsp;iOS 10.2.1, iPhone 6.&nbsp;Both using the latest version of Genie at the time.&nbsp;Note: in one registration the MAC address doe not have colons ':' and there seems to be a 'bit' shift by 2 in the last byte of the MAC address.&nbsp;CheersJohn
