Netgear Model C6300. I need to reset my questions/answers

I just reset my modem model C6300 by pushing reset button for 45 secs, It then allowed me to login into account with serial number but didn't reset my security answers. I know the answers but for some reason they aren't accepting them. Please tell me how to reset specifically the security questions/answers. Thank you so much!
