NetGear N450 DMZ host configuration

Hello! Does anyone know if the N450 WiFi Cable Modem Router support DMZ?

Looking at the documentation online it says it's under the ADVANCED > DMZ Host  (see documentation page 66 here) but when i look at the web interface of my modem I dont see that option under Advanced.

Note i'm running Firmware version 3.01.22

Possible if it's not seen with in the modems web page, then it was removed for unknown reasons. Or the ISP doesn't support it thus was removed. Some ISPs control modem FW.  I recommend you get into a newer generation cable modem/router.

      Thanks for the response.

I doubt that's the issue. This is my privately owned modem that i purchased directly from Netgear. Not sure how the ISP would be able to dictate what firmware i'm running  if i didnt buy it from said ISP.

The reason i expeted it there is because looking at the documentation from the manufacturer it said it should have it under Advanced tab

Some ISP will and can update FW on customer owned modems. They do have the repsonsibility for FW upates on ISP owned or customer owned modems since they are the only ones that can upate FW on cable modems.

At any rate if this not there, try a different browser to check. It it's still not there. Then I doubt NG will do anything about it and it's an older modem. I would get into a newer C series gateway if that what you need.

        Good Luck.
