Jan 06, 2025I appreciate your efforts, but unfortunately I had the same result as the person who replied to you in this Reddit thread: I clicked the "Save Debug Log" button and the page just never resolved and nothing was downloaded. I gave it about five minutes, after which I had to power off the router because I couldn't even return to the settings pages. Upon rebooting, I was forced to go through the new password / security questions setup again.
I opened a case since I'm still under warranty. I'll update here if anything comes of it.

What browser were you using? I use MS Edge and have been able to get logs from my CAX80.
Might clear out browser caches before doing to the debug page as well.

FURRYe38 I'm using Arc (which is chromium-based like MS Edge, if you're unfamiliar with it). I'm under the gun on a project at the moment, but I'll try clearing the cache / using another browser when I'm free.
