I was recently informed by Comcast that my Nighthawk AC1900, Model C7000, purchased in 2016 is no longer compatible. I called them but of course they were of no help. I went to many stores to purch...
I'd review this:
It's up to ISP to support or not support modems on there system.
The C7000 series is getting to be older in age.
Also be aware that some ISPs are making intrastructure changes as well.
