NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 Wi-Fi Cable Modem Router Combo Not connecting on Xfinity

Hi

I bought a NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 Wi-Fi Cable Modem Router Combo from amazon after complete research that it is xfinity approved modem but it is not connecting on xfinity.

What i have to do please guide me?

    Which one was it? (model number) ac1900 is a speed. 

    Did you contact xfinity to activate it? 

    Were they able to?
