Netgear Nighthawk C7000v2 slow upload and download with WIFI
I have a Nighthawk C7000v2 and have been getting 590Mbs download when connected to internet via ethernet. However, I have been getting 50-60Mbs download and 8-9 Mbs upload when utilizing WIFI.
- This is a new problem.
- Firmware of C7000v2 is up to date.
- I conducted speed test using same device.
- I have not changed any of the modem/ruter configuration since first setting it up.
Any helpful suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

Which device are you testing on?
What band are you connecting to? 2.4ghz is much much slower than 5ghz. If you're hitting 50-60mbps over 2.4ghz, you're actually doing pretty good because its more sensitive to interferece. For instance, in my area, hitting 20mbps over 2.4ghz is great. Versus on my 5ghz I can hit much faster speeds 400-900mbps depending on device testing on and router testing with (AX vs AC also 1x1 antenna vs 2x2 antenna)

Tested speeds on 2.4 ghz and tested WiFi on a dell laptop that is 6 months old.
