I cannot test wired speeds on a pc or laptop because I am using a macbook which doesnt have a ethernet port. I will attach the cable connections page and event log snips.

Your signal page actually looks pretty solid for the downstream. You don't have a pic of the upstream. But your logs are indicating a line issue.
check the line for kinks, damage, old/bad/loose/cheap/corroded connections and replace them if there are.
Remove any splitters, amplifiers, signal attenuators from the line.
Preferablly, move the modem to right where the coax comes into the home and connect there.
then try it.
- AyeeItsWillisNov 27, 2021AspirantSo I went out and bought the Netgear Nighthawk CAX80 just to see if the C7800 was the problem. Nope still getting low upload speeds. So now I know that it is a problem with my ISP. Didn’t read this reply until just now. I checked the white coax cable that is connected from my modem to the outer box and it looks fine. I did notice that the black coax cable that is connected to the outer box that goes who knows where is a bit split open near the end of the cable. Would that be the line? Also I do not have any splitter, amplifiers, or any of that. Thanks.

I did notice that the black coax cable that is connected to the outer box that goes who knows where is a bit split open near the end of the cable. Would that be the line?---tough to know without being there to trace it. But if its a coax cable that incoming from the street, it sure could be your problem. And if 2 different modems exhibit the same problems, its more indicative of the line being the issue. Did you check with the ISP?
