Netgear Nighthawk C7800 Modem Router - Should I also buy a Mesh System
I have an internet connectivity problem. Xfinity is my provider and they claim that the line coming in is just fine. I seem to be able to have all my devices (24ish) on at the same time as long as they get online upon modem boot-up and it works great, but then I have a connectivity issue with the internet after an hour or sometimes longer. I pay for unlimited data. I am uncertain where to start. I bought a brand new C7800 Modem Router when xfinity said it was my equipment. Well that did not fix the problem and I am wondering if anyone has any ideas of where I should start to diagnose and come up with a solution for my failing internet. Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

https://www.duckware.com/tech/solving-intermittent-cable-modem-issues.htmlWhat channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
