Netgear Nighthawk C7800
Looking to purchase the Nighthawk C7800 but their information confuses me. It says it is compatible with spectrum and then says "NOT compatible with Spectrum, Verizon, AT&T, CenturyLink, DSL provider...
Where are you seeing that it's NOT compatible?
Best thing to do first is call up your ISP and ask them directly before buying any modem. Stand alone Modem vs gateway is preferred and recommended. Then connect a external router behind the modem. Some cable ISPs will not FW update user owned modems.
