netgear nighthawk cax80 multi gig port keeps dropping connection

Does it happen using the standard ports?
Have you tried a different device connected to the multigig port?
Reason I ask is I had a qnap 10g controller that did the same thing. It'd drop multiple times throughout the day or with specific programs. It was a bear to troubleshoot as it ran fine on a 1gig line
- It’s doesn’t happen with other ports and I haven’t plugged in other devices to the multi gig port. Also, I have noticed if the multi port keeps dropping connection it eventually goes down to 1gb. The light from the multi gig port goes from blue to white when that happens
