Do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs?
Also, if you hardwire a pc/laptop into the modem (without anything else connected) does it stay stable?

that adds next to nothing.
1. The cable connections page and event logs show us the connection back to the isp
2. I don't really care a whole lot about the router. I don't want it connected to the modem for testing stability.
When you have a modem and a router and you're getting drops, the goal is to simplify down to just modem/pc to ensure that connections stable first and its not a router issue making it seem like a modem issue

Ok but my question is it posible for a modem to work then stop working then after reboot to work.
