NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK D7000 NO internet the LED stays RED on DSL and Fiber

Hi Guys&nbsp;can anyone help me my modem will not connect ot internet the LED STAYS RED AND DOES NOT CHANGE TO WHITE LIKE IT USED TO,have done factory rest it seams to me it could be a hardwear fault reather than a softwear fault.:smileysad:setup my ASUS router with all the same cables and setup requirements and working well&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
