Netgear Nighthawk Model C7000v2

I am having the issue with my iphone 8 plus not being able to connect to the home wifi.

Things I have done:

1.  Unpluged the router for 30 seconds, reconnects = nothing

2. Did the "forget network" action & retyped passwords = nothing

3. Did a "reset network" on my iphone = nothing

Now it has the check saying its connected to the wifi but when I try to use apps, the app opens up but then I get "no connection".

Also on the nighthawk app, it shows me that my modem/router and extender is offline but all of my other devices in my house are all connected.

Help!

    Try a factory reset on the modem and setup from scratch.
