Netgear nightmare
Netgear has the worst support and their promise is Useless.
They promised I would have a replacement unit by Saturday, it sill hasn’t shipped. The AX2700 DOCSIS 3.1 WiFi Cable Modem Router(CAX30S) is 2 months old and stopped working. I sent prof of Purchase four times, and still nothing.
Customer support is useless they dropped calls and never return them.
Been with NETGEAR for over 10 years, never again.
Had to go buy a new modem “different brand” just to get work done.
