Are you able to post your event logs and the power levels of the modem.

can you explain event logs and at this time i just did a speed run on ookla, ping is 16, download is 6.14 and upload is not even running yet, its been a few minutes already.
Ive had to disconnect and refresh for more than 10 minutes in order to go to this website and reply back
i feel like connection is good sometimes getting to a website at like 2 seconds, sometimes 5 seconds or more like today.

this is on my 2.4 wifi not my 5g, my laptop does not support it, it is also in my room 25 feet away from my room with a wall covering
my phone wifi works completely fine 99% of the time, supports 5g and 2.4
but still can never log into genie on 5 or 2.4 unless i reset, then i can for about 30 minutes
while i was typing this i also lost connection
