You have my modem that I returned. I have a modem that wont work that I got in exchange
So now I am without modem that works and also my money
The item I got in return from Netgear would have been know not to work, if it was tested
at the Netgear facility prior to shipping.

GET TOLD BY A REP NETGEAR WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT ISSUE.
I RETURNED MY MODEM FOR WARRANTY TO NET GEAR AFTER STORE WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT, AND GET A NON-WORKING
CAX80 IN RETURN THAT WILL NOT POWER ON. NOW NET GEAR HAS
BOTH MY ORIGINAL MODEM AND SEND ME A PIECE OF REFURBISHED
JUNK THAT WILL NOT POWER ON. I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK OR NEWMODEM FOR ALL MY TROUBLES. AND GET TO NO! VERY SAD WAY TO TREAT
LOYAL CUSTOMER. MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE WAS ONLY 2 WEEKS OLD WHEN
IT QUIT. I FEEL I AM OWED A FULL REFUND OR NEW REPLACEMENT FOR
ALL OF MY TROUBLEIS NEAT GEAR SELLING USED REFUBISHED ITEMS IN STORES AS NEW?
MY CAX80 SHOULD NOT QUIT AFTER 2 WEEKS
AND SAD THEY WILL NOT REPLACE WITH A RELIABLE UNIT.
MPW THEY HAVE MY MODEM, AND I AM STUCK WITH MODEM THAT
WILL NOT POWER ON.
