NETGEAR SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE #27221731
as much money as we pay for these products they cant hire people that speak decent english!!!!! it would be nice to be able to understand the person from bombay that is trouble shooting my equipment and then tries to sell me coverage at $139.00 for a product that should have worked right in the first place. who knows he may have been helpful if we could get through the language barrier.
