Can you send with a PC directly connected to the modem?
Try leaving the modem OFF over night.
Contact the emai service provider on help and information regarding this.
Check with the emai program Mfr as well.
It does not appear that I can directly connect our MAC (not PC) to the modem... There is a cable input and Ethernet output to the mesh wifi booster... and 2 phone jacks...
We could try turning off modem overnight...

and we have spent hours with the email provider (Titan) and these were their suggestions after many back and forths...

- Turning off modem overnight did not fix problem … is it true if I get a new netgear modem it will have a new IP and likely “fix” this issue ….
