It does not appear that I can directly connect our MAC (not PC) to the modem... There is a cable input and Ethernet output to the mesh wifi booster... and 2 phone jacks...
We could try turning off modem overnight...

And the symptom could return as well with the new modem. Same ISP just different IP address on the WAN but email service is the same. Need to find out from ISP or email services why email address is being blacklisted first.
