Nether router reset not working

I tried resetting my CG3000D but when I try to login to set it up, the 192.168.0.1 username and password (both "admin" with "password" and "chtruser" and "charter" don't work. Any advice?

    Hello THaSTiG94

     

    Make sure you are holding the reset button down for 10 seconds to factory reset the device to get the login back to admin/password.
