Networks disappeared
I tried to move our modem/router and after hooking it up and turning it on our networks no longer show up. I have tried unplugging everything, turning the Wi-Fi connection on and off, and the factory ...

Yeah I guess it’s the SSID that’s not showing up. The actual modem says it’s connected to the internet and receiving a signal, but non of our devices can see the network. Aka it’s not an option under the WiFi connections and n our devices.

On the front of the router, 2nd button down is a wifi led on/off button. Try that.

Are the lights for 2.4/5 ghz lit up?
You said you factory reset? Pushed and held reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?
If you log into the router, have you checked to see what ssid/password is set?

I did another factory reset(must not have done it the proper way the first time). And the SSID is back and I can connect via my iPhone. However my browser says I’m not connected to the server. All the proper lights are on on the modem.
