What does it mean "I have to re-authenticate to the router when it reboots."

I recommend doing a full on factory reset and setup from scratch then save off a new backup configuration to file.

RE-ENTER CREDENTIALS -> User ID, Password then Answer two questionnaire question and Continue. After the router reboots due to: Power Cycle, Reboot via GUI or FIRMWARE UPDATE!

I did it in 3 ways multiple times as I mentioned in my post.

"Yes, I have factory reset the router using the reset button in the back, using the Revert to factory settings "Erase" button on the GUI and using the NVRAM Reset/Factory Reset process. And reconfigured from SCRATCH."
